I think it was a typo:

"ABC is a subsidiary of Bio-Clean International, Inc., a publicly traded company with the trading symbol OTC PK: BCLE."

Are you sure that BCLE was never a subsidiary?

You will notice that Shipley is also the CEO of Asset Capital Group.
