It's good to here from you. BCLE was never a subsidiary and formerly known as BCLN with the name changed to BCLE after the company was formed and encountered trouble under Shipley's direction. Shipley is not CEO of Asset Capital Group (ACGU) which was formerly Fibertrek, Inc. before a name change in 08/2007. The name was again changed to Solutions Group, Inc. (SOLU) in 12/2008. I was told ACGU was originally formed to serve as the umbrella company, the same status as BCLE currently has, and to have as future subsidiaries, American Bio-Clean Corporation, the Service Disabled Veterans Business qualifier, and American Bio-Tech Cleaning, another subsidiary. All this information is a matter of the public record and can be confirmed in several PR's issued by the former Asset Capital Group, Inc. ACGU was cast away in this capacity and sacrificed after it also had numerous problems, again under the guidance of Mr. Shipley, and subsequently sold to Solutions Group, Inc.(SOLU)in 12/2008. The predecessor company, Highland Holdings, International, Inc. changed its name to BCLE in 10/07 as it exists today. Shipley is CEO/President of BCLE and CEO of Trac Ivestments, Inc.
