Derekz, In terms of PRs, there are no requirements other than the statements made be factually true to the best of the managements knowledge, thus the "Blue Sky" Boilerplate at the end of PRs, then again, there is absolutely nothing in the world which prevents BDGR from putting such relevant information in the PR in the 1st place, in Lanzas case, its understandable that they would want to obscure the fact that Lanzas control a contracting entity, but Im not sure why Bailey would follow in that same footstep, if hes banding with another entity he is a principle of, and it is for the benefit of the shareholders, it wouldnt take more then a few sentences to disclose and explain it, from an investors standpoint, it would show a level of integrity and ethics.
