Id be willing to bet that Lanza would agree 110% with that statement, thats pretty much been his MO for years, why do you think he has all of the different oil and land related web of entities in LA????

The question that shareholders have to ask themselves though is, better deals for who?, the insiders?, the creditors?, the shareholders?

You also have to question the fact that none of the recent PRs regarding KEP and BDGR make any mention what so ever of the fact that Bailey is also the Chairman of Kingdom Energy Partners, perhaps a lapse in memory?, judgement?, ethics?....
