Can you even think how big this could be if that patent is approved. And for the next 20 years!

Krays,

I would offer you the honor of stating the obvious pertaining to your find, however, I have a mere 4 posts remaining after this one.

Therefore, I will dare say that IMO...it would appear you just found "the" Patent Pending application that will allow NeoMedia renewed patent rights on the ecosystem for the next 20 years.

After viewing this it should not be of any wonder that Iain stated in his interview w/Bena yesterday that they just completed an extensive patent review and will be selling off certain patents.

Krays, outstanding applause...you humble me.

Best,
Be Confident

Wow Krays. Somebody pinch me. To me, this infers that NEOM's patent is almost invaluable.

How could one possibly put a price on this???!!!

I like who NeoMedia has assigned as inventors & agent!

Krays, WHAT A FIND!

This will definitely be way bigger than the 048 patent and I think that we'll see this system in use during the next few months by Nuestar as part of their deal with Neomedia. It fills in all of the "holes" and lets everybody in the world use this paperclick technology IMMEDIATELY. It's like owning a 900 line---if they use it, they pay for it.

Thanks for posting.

Excuse my ignorance, but while this post is a very clever find by Krays, and very interesting to read, am I missing something but is this simply a Neomedia CLAIM to the WIPO? ie No analysis or feedback from the WIPO.
Again, just a claim for an invention which sounds almost identical to what they have been claiming for years.
What has materially changed?
Again, Im sure Im missing something, so bear with me! :)

#190621 RE: krays #190550

Please forgive my ignorance, but is this "application" for a patent just that...an "application", and not a final approved patent? I am not educated in the world of patent law, but is it the case where the WIPO would not have even accepted and posted the application unless it is viable? Is this what it means when you see "patent pending" on certain products? I'm just curious how these things work.

Thanks in advance.

Any one familiar with the relative time line of patent approval?
What is the minimum and maximum time we are looking at in the approval process?
Thanks in advance;

That was a impressive read, we own a global funnel instead of a bridge, talk about a money making machine with residuals from everyone who wants to participate.
