I think since 50k evfl shares to qualify, if you only
have 50k evfl shares you would probably get 1 divident shrare
but if you have more than min, its percent of outstanding
evfl common shares

yes you need 50,000 shares to qualify for the divy but there are only 1.5 million shares to give out so your not going to get many shares there are at least 400 shareholders with more then 50,000 shares that only gives everyone about 3750 shares of swrs.

so 3750 x .35 = $1312.5 sound like easy money to me you just have to wait tell almost 2011 to get it and it maybe higher then.
