they may also be paying for synergies with other acquisitions. i'm looking forward to seeing how they fit this all together, how each deal compliments the others.
It is important to note that they are paying for current revenue. I am sure there are synergies between all of the to be acquired companies that will add both substantial revenues and gross margin that would not be realized by the company if it remained stand alone.
