You need to learn how the markets work. 504's are capped at $1 mil for the company first of all. .025 per share is a pipe dream, more like .01 On top of that, you have no idea how many of those 247 have hit the market and how many are being used for deals? Therefore, your $6 mil figure is pure BS. You continue to try to put the most negative spin on this and it just shows your true motives.

"I looked back at the pr for the initial acquisition, can't remember exactly what it was, but the multiple of EBITDA they were paying was nearly 10x, normal companies go for 4-5x."

I don't think they've ever said what they are paying for the acusitions. Along with the dilution that's one of the main problems here. Too many unanswered questions. We don't know waht they are paying or the terms of the funding. Will it be debt or equity, who knows. Everyone around here acts like the acusitions are coming for free. 150 million in revenues sounds big for a small company like QASP but it really comes down to what QASP has to pay for those revenues. Shareholders will be the last to know.

Perhaps you might have read this to come up with a better post...............why are you going back to June:

.
JACKSONVILLE, FL, Aug 26, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QASP) (formerly) Equus Resources, Inc. (EQUR) is excited to update our shareholders on several fronts today. We are providing an update on our recent capital raise including future capital requirements, our first four acquisitions and the updated Atlantic Aviation website.
The company does not anticipate a need or any reason to return to the capital markets for additional funding. We have been very successful in raising the funds needed thus far, and we are confident we can operate quite comfortably with the capital currently raised. This should give shareholders confidence in knowing that our share structure will likely not change for the foreseeable future. The world economic situation is unpredictable lately as we all know and things could change. That being said, we remain confident.
