I don't think they've ever said what they are paying for the acusitions. Along with the dilution that's one of the main problems here. Too many unanswered questions. We don't know waht they are paying or the terms of the funding. Will it be debt or equity, who knows. Everyone around here acts like the acusitions are coming for free. 150 million in revenues sounds big for a small company like QASP but it really comes down to what QASP has to pay for those revenues. Shareholders will be the last to know.
