No argument from me on that point.

I think the initial driver of the increase in upgrades will be rate of SED adoption.

Once SED management is initiated in an enterprise, I anticipate an adoption of the management of the existing TPM infrastructure.

RWK, My understanding is that SKS stated that 80% of upgrade sales were attribuable to SED sales. Using Q2 upgrades of 6150, 80% would be +/- 5,000, which is 1/3 of 15000+/- SED sales. So, I've been figuring 33% of SEDs upgrade. But, hopefully that's increasing.
