By the way,

If Vanadium is going to be combined with Lithium to make Batteries... Then why couldn't Vanadium appreciate to the price of Lithium, (Lithium Carbonate large contracts in March 09 $2.80/lb to $3.00/lb. (or $6,613/tonne )?
