Completely agree.

Now, what proof do you have that the company has actually hired 40hr/wk, W-2 compensated, full-time employees?

As I posted a while back, there are no state or federal definitions for "full-time employee." That definition is entirely up to the company. Those job openings and management's reported headcount could just as likely be contractors who work and are paid, sans benefits, on an as-needed basis.

Considering management's track record on twisting the truth to suit their needs I see no reason to believe anything they say or report until it's been verified by publicly available information
