I understand the injunction issue, at the same time the silence leaves one to wonder if they have thrown in the towel and thus don't even look at their emails anymore. Unless someone has had some word with them we don't really know for sure.
I was really just wondering if you had seen anything from the courts of the Vigil case against three of the Amigos. I tried to look, but could find nothing.
