Remember the old Cornerstone (???) patents PP talked up? Perhaps Scambuy has been buying/licensing add'l related patents to continue litigation with us and other competitors and bolster their position. YJ.

Claw, I agree - very suspicious indeed. And the possibilities derived from that incident are not conjuring up anything pleasant in my mind.

Maybe YA convinced Scanbuy to sign up - new PIPE deal perhaps LOL.
Who knows, but again, the possibilities do not seem positive to me.

that Oct 5th PR, when it was FIRST released, had the language that includes the "30 patents" blah blah. They have since edited that language out, after we had commented about it here, and emailed Ian and the attorneys.

for example, this page outside of scanbuy, thus out of their "edit control" shows the language that the PR was really put out with. They have edited it out on their site.

However, krays or diamondtech (or ? can't recall for sure right now) commented back around Oct 5th that ScanBuy first used that new language back in mid September, but we didn't notice it til around Oct 5th, and commented on it, then it got changed on their site only for the Oct 5th PR.. see the posts about it on that day
