Regarding how many here who have signed up for the class action suit, how many is "many"?
My perception is that there are "many" who have said it is maybe a bit early to sign up for a class action, until the investigation is complete and a conclusion is reported. Lots of different perspectives out there and we will soon learn the truth.

soapy scammed everyone by lying and manipulation the stock through the board(s) for personal gain and I'm pretty sure if and when they start looking at him it will be with other boards and web site

And there's the rub. If this company was legit, why would they need soapy to pump this scam.
