Regarding how many here who have signed up for the class action suit, how many is "many"?
no one can answer that yet ..
the lawsuit was just announced .. many don't even know about it yet ... if someone is the least bit doubtful of the lawsuit and sign up for it .. they can always withdraw
its entirely up to the shareholder to sign up or not
No standing, no suit, just frivilous accusations at this point. Once the SEC investigation is complete, then perhaps. Until then it's all speculation. Hell, you can sue anyone for anything and there's always a shylock ready to take your case.
