Maybe I missed something.

Was the class action set up by SPNG holders or was it set up by a law firm that wants SPNG holders to take part in it.

( don't forget this class action lawsuit is and was set up by the share holders of Spongy )

That a pretty broad statement, was it 5000, 1000, or 1 shareholder.

Or was it by lawyers that want shareholders to join in?
