Calm down, it says RH will retain Chairman of the Board position.

After all, the board dictates company maneuvers.

Why does this PR state that RH will remain as Chairman of the Board?
If I my understanding is correct, Raphael cannot hold any position as an officer or director because of his bankruptcy.

"Mr. Raphael Huppe resigns as of today, of his position of CEO and will remain as Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer of the company."
