I agree... I have filled two complaints not sure they will go anywhere, but maybe if enough people file the SEC might atleast look into the company.

Dontral, I too have been scammed by this company. My initial investment of $856 in November 2008, after the reverse splits, was showing a 100% loss in my Scottrade account. It is now worth zero. My initial 6,500 shares became 6 shares with the 1/1000 reverse split, then those 6 became zero with the last one. How do I proceed in filing a complaint with the SEC? What SEC regulations have they broken? I would rather email you privately but cannot post a private message here.
