Why you should file a complaint...

Once again here in the link to the SEC:

http://www.sec.gov/complaint/selectconduct.shtml

I would suggest selecting "False or misleading statement' but you could also select 'Manipulation of security price or volume'.

You could state something along the lines of misleading income/sales projections or misleading acquisition/merger statements.

You could also point the SEC to the trading patterns of the old symbol ZIPN one week prior to the reverse split. Hundreds of millions of shares where dumped into the market especially the last two days. Looking at the trading pattern this was far in excess of the normal number of shares traded. This indicates that someone knew ahead of time (insider trading) or even worse the company itself was shorting their own stock through a third party.

The bottom line is that we want to draw attention, file enough complaints and someone will look. I'm not concerned about the frequent reverse splits, I think that is barely within the regulations but I want them put under a microscope and have to answer one simple question...

'Where has this companies income come from for the past three years?'

The answer is shareholders, this company is a shell, nothing more than a share printing machine. Don't believe me? Look at the financial statements...

Take a look at revenue, then expenses but also salaries. Remember now, this company makes money by acting as a middle man for auctions, so how could they pay over 600k in salaries, (only three officers are listed) yet have an income of 168k?

As far as flipping this stock, well I suppose anything is possible, but one look at the chart will tell you where this is going especially since the last PR ZIPZ stated it is paying off debt. How you ask? By selling shares... who would have guessed?
