I really dont know ANYTHING about them - except the bare minimum re their pipeline - it was brought to my attention and a few weeks back we took a medium position in the low 4's because it seemed under the radar - we're just waiting for the eyeballs to grow.
It was under valued because a number of large funds were sellers as it didnt fit their investment criteria - so IMo it was cheap because of mechanical reasons rather then business/coporate reasons. I find that these short term inneficiencies can cause good buy ops. But I'd be misleading you if I said that I have really delved into how MYGN orginally structed old deals before MYRX was spun off.
