I wondered what the exact deal was between Myriad and epct on the MPC-6827 azixa compound.

Was made on dec 2003.
Somehow i cannot find the terms of the deal in regards to which royalty split between them since Myriad took all the risk cash wise as licensee.
Do you have any information on the specifics of their deal?
