It is all debatable. Without the RS we could not have fallen any lower than where we were. But Paul needed wiggle room to try and develop the company.

I am just glad it is going places finally.

he has nothing to do with SMMW. He was with Hathaway which tied to make a deal with bioharp. The deal did not went through. Paul being part of the deal negotiations, smealt the potential benefits of it. As a cunning fox waiting to grab the meat loaf, He quit Hathaway, bought a shell and worked hard to secure the bioharp deal through this shell. unfortunately that shell had 80B OS, so he got the RS done. I dont know he did that himself or got it done by the earlier management. It was our/SMMW shareholders mistake to trust scam SMMW management.

That's the easiest question in the history of ihub

"The last SMMW RS was not his fault.":

It wasn't.....whose was it?

Answer
k9
It was the previous SMMW managements fault for issuing like 80 billion shares before Paul took over. Nobody could merge in any company and make it work with that many shares O/S. It was the fault of the management who diluted like that....Management Paul and Ben had no part of, they were the new guys coming in after all those shares were issued.

This post makes that crystal clear.
