1) You presume that the filings will not be brought up to date. That may be your first error.

2) You presume that the "politicians" deferred the matter back to the SEC. That may be your second error. The "politicians" asked what is necessary for this to trade again, and the SEC told them. See (1)

Consider for a moment that the statements made in the PR regarding bringing everything up to date will be fulfilled....

you are not seeing the war only the battle, there are many fronts being attacked at this point and many more to come, this is a full fledged battle with a plan, generals and the like...
