He made no error...the SFC DID defer this back to the SEC/DTCC and is in complete accord with whatever they decide...and that is a fact which you can verify with Burns.
..and FWIW..simply filing and bringing everything up to date IS a requirement and MUST be done...but what is IN the filings must satisfy and be accepted by the SEC and DTCC.
..and I'll say this again....this will never trade...and that is not just my opinion.
