"DTCC feels that they hold counterfeit shares and will not release anything until they’re satisfied to the contrary" -- We do know that...because we have been there once already. Hence the legal efforts. By-the-book efforts are expected to fail to get DTC off our backs, but must be completed as a baseline for further progress.

where ya been, no surprises with those comments???!!! Those of you who thought all we had to do was "get the filings up to date", didn't get it at all.

The need for REAL legal support is why this is going on now.
