dave, whether this was addressed in a past filing, it doesnt matter if the DTCC is still claiming this stuff as a reason to not unlock BCIT. there's no need to attack me dave - i am a long and have helped fight this battle for a long time. i would appreciate some mutual respect.
the DTCC obviously needs pushing hard.
