Dan..I haven't got to try again Irfanview yet..however..skimming over my 109 page book last nite it does have a mode to make smaller pictures..in 3 different sizes..here's the middle of the road smaller size..supposedly suitable for web pages..it looks kinda condensed and grainy on PhotoBucket..it probably is..

I think I need to get me a gun safe..guns under the bed, behind the dooor, the closet, etc..lol..
