SEC ramping up Pink investigations

Ive seen a few companies halted by the SEC in the past two weeks due to possible fraud, misleading dissemination of information or inaccurate financial/income statements.

I would suggest anyone who has invested and been burned by Zippi's overnight reverse split and symbol change to file a complaint using the link Thatsnotyourmoney posted a few days ago.

Lets at least bring some attention to this and maybe prevent this from happening to more people in the future.

For what its worth Zippi still hasn't updated their website with the new symbol or listed the latest news, in particular the last unannounced reverse split and symbol change.

Seems odd for an internet based company to not even update their website with pertinent or accurate information.
