I go East for a consultation gig and the Board turns into a cyber version of one of those 'Town Meetings,' where people seem to believe that screaming at the Moderator is a constructive exercise in participatory democracy. Even Gfp, who had it right a couple months ago, has gotten caught up in the Lord of the Flies adrenaline.

I think I'll pass.

No, not unless something has changed from what I have been used to with other companies on votes like this. If a vote is not made, I don't believe it counts, for or against.

Maybe most don't really care about the survey, so we might be wasting our time.
