You watch Fox News, and clearly you know they are trying to tell people what to think. Call it "mind control," I don't know? But if ever there was a pro-FCC, anti-monopoly argument, it is Rupert Murdoch. The sad part is that they are succeeding in influencing thinking. You see it here. Pro-Bushie posters reiterate Murdoch's position, and it becomes their own. Some people cannot think for themselves. Some people are easily lead. I guess it's always been that way, but it works very well for Murdoch in the here and now. How does the hawkish age of neo/theoconservatism not end badly?
