If there is a reasonable deal I will vote for the additional shares. If no deal I hope there will be an explanation (guidance) from management as to where the company goes from hear.

If no deal and no guidance I would be inclined to vote "no".

I have 187,000 shares with a huge loss to date.

It is still my speculation, and that is all it is, that a product deal is coming with an equity investment by the partner. Such an equity investment need not double the count of outstanding shares.

82000 shares, and I don't know what to do, prolong the agony, or vote no and see this nightmare end. The management of this company has to prove they have a product that can get to market.

Aiming, Well, for now I'm back down to zero shares, so that probably represents a good 'buy' signal. I was only in for a couple weeks anyway. Being in cash seems to be my natural state, and the only way I can get a good night's sleep.

I think we'll get a deal prior to Nov 23, though between now and then we'll have to contend with - 1) the SA results, plus most likely - 2) the delisting appeal decision. So I'll sit on the sidelines for now, though I'll probably miss out on the fireworks if a good pharma deal is announced prior to #1, #2. Or maybe #1, 2 might turn out positive. Chances are that whatever does ultimately happen will be a surprise to everyone.
