Again. God's speed, Coleman, Varney and Stoll. Harpoon the near-term partnership. Release surprising results on apnea. Garner a major grant from the government, foundation, university, deep-pocketed donor. I think the vote should be withheld until the meeting, or just before, using a major bloc or proxy of potential negative voters to "focus" getting something done. If not, vote no and auction off the company's intellectual property. Not a dime more after this "special shareholder meeting" if nothing is produced.
Look, it is not a moot issue after the November meeting. Obviously the share price would probably dip from here if nothing happens between now and the meeting. On the other side of the coin, auctioning off the assets could results in a sharp uptick. Maybe 10-20 million or more at wholesale auction. What's that 20-40 cents a share, or more. That would beat being delisted, no partnership, proceeding with the mother-of-all-Rodman PIPE dilutions, raising 5 or perhaps 8 million dollars depending on the terms of PIPE(warrants, discount, or whatever else can be conjured). After the special shareholder meeting, I would rather take my chances at auction, rather than giving the company another six months of life.
