Yes, let's take a poll. I think most of us will agree to vote 'no' unless there is a deal prior to Nov 23. Between all of us retail holders and the big buyer of the BAM shares, we can block this share increase.

I personally think there will be a pharma deal prior to Nov 23, but I will vote 'no' if there is no deal.
