Just a thought.
Nas lead dow down in an earlier leg.
Finally dow caught up and naz performed better.
Perhaps dow must lead the way now to indicate to naz that the dow bottom is in(short term). Naz wont lead again until dow confirms this by a move up hopefully today. Make sense? mb

If VECO closes under $15.85, will you just toss it, or would you have a double down number? Would breaking it indicate to you that something serious is wrong with this merger? At what level would a buying opp occur? I know nothing about FEI, but Rob Douglass says he owns stock in it, and it is a good company, he tends to be a pretty thorough guy, in my experience.
