As far as CXAC is concerned

From what I understand, it just means that those 4 companies can't issue any certificates that can be deposited. Meaning companies can't issue shares. Like they did. As far as CXAC is concerned, issuing shares is not a crime, it's what the scumbag companies that get the shares - do with those shares that is the issue.
Like Jorge said, get on with it. No problem here.
1 Huge reason it's not a problem, is that Jorge is NOT issuing any shares so it's a moot point.

CXAC - It's not going to hurt the company at all because they are all maxed out and they are not raising the a/s anyway.

Hey Sicon, from talking to my Attorney today this is what I found out.
It really means nothing for the shareholders or the companies involved, the restriction prohibits the listed companies from selling any shares to anyone.
It also stops the transfer from broker to broker.
IE, If I have GRDO shares in my TDA account and I want them moved to my Scotturd account, now I can't do it because of the restriction. But the MM's can trade between themselves all day long.
It's really no big deal for the companies, especially if the company is already maxed out with their shares.
