as far as i know, while the offices and personnel are getting under way, concrete pads and piping for the cryo tanks will be installed. whether that will be done before the main lab equipment is installed, i will have to find out. it is my understanding that main labs and first-tier cryo-lab storage will be ready for open-house, sheduled for mid-october.
