I am not sure I understand his views and since he was contributor for a long time on this board I am sure he can ably defend himself or reply or not as he chooses. I am not sure why many feel a need to act as his defense counsel on this board. I have no problem with Mad clown apart from the timing of his post and the fact that it precipitated a massive run.

The good news is this will probably get the company stock fund in motion and a equity committee,since they own 6% of the company. K and E made an interesting comment and it seems to me more childish a comment than anything meaningful. It reads to me like K& E is miffed at the Company stock fund for questioning its billing.

Why the Company stock fund has not pressed for an equity committee from the US Trustee is a wonder,since this would give them access to monitoring fees,would it not?

According to this, There are eligibility criteria for Fresh Start accounting.

Fresh start accounting criteria must be satisfied before the approach can be used:

Immediately prior to confirmation of the company's plan of reorganization, the company must be "balance sheet insolvent" - that is, the reorganization value of its assets is less than the sum of its post-petition liabilities and allowed claims; and The holders of the voting shares immediately before confirmation of the plan receive less than 50 percent of the voting shares of the emerging entity.

Thanks Jax, your response is greatly appreciated. Experience has taught me that we cannot control the markets, only take advantage of them by being in the right place at the right time. We have been fortunate so far here beyond anybody's reasonable expectations. Let's see what the rest of this week brings.

We all have had friends or significant others that we spent a ton of time and "connected with" only to seperate over time as we grow apart. That is life and do not dwell on it.

Listen as someone who has been here since .035 we have made a lot of good friends and learned a lot of interesting data. As the stock grew in value we lost some in the .20's, .40's and $1.00. Some of the people blasting him will sale once this stock reaches their price. I take it that MC has a new addition, that extra mouth to feed does make you look at things differently. Some people followed his lead and that is fine. I think that a number of people did sale but the glass half full side says that someone wanted those shares.

I think we should all look at everything about this stock constantly. We will monitor every filing. What I am ok with may not be ok with you. Does not mean that I am right and you are wrong or vice versa. Am I disappointed we fell below a $1.00 yes, but again, I believe in this stock and Rogerson. We may not make CW goal of $1.30 - $1.40 by friday but I believe we will sooner rather than later. Still believe in the new products and asset sale.

You may not like what MC did but come on people, quit acting like someone took their ball home and want let you play. He maybe used you and we all used him. Shake the dust off of your shoes and go the next town.
