On the skeptical side, it is not out of the realm of possibility for a company to "cook the books" to their advantage. There's just too much that can go on that we will never know about; we just have to hope that our PPS keeps heading north and that Rogerson plays fair.
We know all that he's done to get the ship righted; we have been rewarded with an historic rise in share price. That doesn't mean he has our best interests at the forefront of his POR. Just a thought: he may think we have already been justly rewarded, and to take the opportunity for profit when we have it. Just thinking out loud.
