I really believe JPM is trying to work on something here before all this litigation gets out of hand. Time is running out, and the 4 Billion is on the table.
a couple million in deposits from each of the ihubbers in accounts would be a great jolt for wmi. why not? they made it for us. now let's be the one to pick them back up and run. who can you trust but the one that made you.. right? better believe old sheila, jaime or tiny tim wont test the waters again. because they are in the process of getting boiled alive by wmi!!!
With all of the attention given to the Omnibus hearing on 9.25.09, and the pending ruling date by Walrath, there has been little offered lately as a potential settlement price?
Can anyone with (substantive) knowledge of this case offer an updated potential settlement pps? Or even a pps range?? It would be greatly appreciated!
