With all of the attention given to the Omnibus hearing on 9.25.09, and the pending ruling date by Walrath, there has been little offered lately as a potential settlement price?

Can anyone with (substantive) knowledge of this case offer an updated potential settlement pps? Or even a pps range?? It would be greatly appreciated!
