I would think an O/S of 722 million vs. an O/S of 3 billion with the company dumping 2.3 billion shares into the market and us poor investors investing our hard earned money based on an O/S of 722 million is huge.
If the SEC knows this to be a fact, because obviously a number of posters on this post as if it is a fact then the SEC surely would have to shut this thing down.
