If the SEC knows this to be a fact, because obviously a number of posters on this post as if it is a fact then the SEC surely would have to shut this thing down.
Yes, in a perfect world. But in the real one, they're often quite slow. And they do wait until they have enough evidence to be almost entirely sure they're right before they make a public move.
