bwog, the as and os are way too easy for authorities to confirm. believe me, the sec knows much more than you or i do. they haven't notified the company about an official investigation for nothing. believe that. you will just have to wait to see how this plays out. i don't think it will be favorable to the company or it's management. if i were holding this stock, i guess i would be trying my darndest to find a bright side too. lmao. that is what you guys are desperately trying to do, however, simplifying the sec process to a step or two is not the answer to your problems or worries, and it does not invalidate an investigation. typically, charges come from these types of investigations. it didn't just start last week. that is when they sent formal notification to the company. common sense would tell you that there is always preliminary work ahead of a formal announcement to these kinds of things. just like when crimes occur, by the time a full formal investigation is launched for a murder, the police normally know who they are looking for and why.
