you got to be kidding me that you think the o/s was reduced, yet the stock is tanking abd the a/s went up in a huge amounts!!!
Plus the stock now for a while has been trading heavy volume...
The company has been dumping shares each day causing dillution and bloating up the o/s on SPNGE.
Just wait till the SEC tells everyone what it is.
