forbearance, back when the discovery demanded by the ruling by the judge that all of evidence, paper work related to the seizure be handed over to WMI lawyers, this did not happen - we called and checked to confirm. The deadline passed and yet there was not objection from the WMI lawyers nor the Judge complained. This about little over a month ago. The only conclusion is that WMI and JPM is under forbearance. That is, JPM understands what WMI demands and they are negotiating....meaning the settlement.
