Everyone is talking about the 4.4B. Maybe I missed something, Are the 20b in NOLs ours? If so, what does that equate to us common holders. Last I knew, if they cancelled the commons, they could not claim the NOLs. So if the NOLs are tied into us,the commons shareholders, does that mean we would recieve all of the NOLs return amount or a certain %?
Sorry if this is a little confusing. I took my pain pills and im a lil slow today lol.
