I'm guessing that the pps run created by the buyback will be followed by a aquis. pr therefore not allowing the pps to drop back but to keep climbing... A power play like this would certainly be nice... and too bad for the non belivers they would be "left in the smoke along the tracks" (dwight yoakam)
