No offence mate, but your last few posts refer to completely different types of licences.

Empire has an SEL, which will run out in a few days. It cannot be renewed.

Empire, therefore, must apply for an exploration licence. Others too can apply. As yet, no word from the company if they have applied or if they WILL apply. Why have they not said anything about this yet, given the obvious time constraints?

As for Howard's source...why is someone within the company willing to send info for Howard to disperse under the guise of a pseudonym (andreasjakov)? Can't they just send out a PR, instead of relying on their faithful minions to do the grubby work?

You have to read the Applicable Section.
EEGC has an SEL and ONLY those sections of the Act dealing with SEL's applies.

And SEL's get one five year term and one renewal.
Total term not to exceed 10 years.
