Your information is way off base., The person sending me this information is a friend and not an employee of the company. As far as the license goes there are a mulititude of avenues they can pursue and the license can be converted to an operating license. you see no where in the law does it say they have to strike oil only to comply with the qualifications set forth and they more then complied, Much more and they intend to do a lot more research and development on the additional leases.
Some folks are missing the point that they can apply one day before anybody else and their application takes precedence. Unlike everyone else they can apply before the expiration.
